Description:

Learn about steroids, IMiDs, and PIs: three classes of drugs used to treat multiple myeloma.

Module Objectives:

Review the uses and typical doses of glucocorticosteroids (steroids), immunomodulatory drugs (IMiDs), and proteasome inhibitors (Pls) when treating multiple myeloma
Familiarize patients and practitioners with common side effects brought about by steroids, iMiDs and PIs
Prepare patients and practitioners for possible concerns which may arise when using steroids, iMiDs and PIs as treatment for myeloma.
